Once a year at NBTHS, a Powder Puff event is held where girls from each grade level form their own teams and play against each other in flag football, with the boy football players in their grades coaching. This year, the event took place on November 13.

Many students enjoyed coming to watch this event. There was a lot of excitement and cheering going on in the crowds. Senior Greta Siernos said, "The vibes are amazing and there is a lot of energy in the crowd!"

Students also had many different reasons for why they came to this event. Senior Erofili Kanterakis said, "It is very fun to watch. I came because I wanted to support my team since it's my last year and I'm graduating."

The event went very well and got very competitive. It started out strong with the seniors defeating the freshmen and all the seniors in the crowd cheering loudly for them.

After that round, the sophomores and juniors went up against each other. The sophomores had taken out the juniors staying strong to keep their winning streak since they won last year as freshmen.

The last and final round was between the sophomores and seniors. This is where it got intense with the seniors trying to revive themselves due to the seniors losing their winning streak last year.

The sophomores ended up defeating the seniors and kept their winning streak! Even though the sophomores won, the teams went all out and tried their hardest!
